As part of Sony’s sports technologies, we’re here to shake up the industry through data and entertainment.

We're looking for an experienced product leader who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and enjoys working at the intersection of sports, technology, and innovation. What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Senior Product Manager at Beyond Sports, you'll act as the bridge between our clients, product teams, and business stakeholders. You'll work closely with our Heads of Pillar to shape the future of our products, helping define what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to life. A large part of your role will involve working directly with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities. You'll translate those conversations into clear product strategies, actionable requirements, and delivery roadmaps that help our teams build products with real impact.

You'll lead discovery and ideation activities, working closely with designers, engineers, QA specialists, researchers, and analysts to transform concepts into tangible products and features. Whether you're defining a new fan experience, improving an existing platform, or helping a client navigate product decisions, you'll be at the centre of the process. You'll also use data and insights to validate product direction, partnering with our Data Insights and Research teams to understand user behaviour, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.

We believe great product decisions come from a balance of customer needs, business objectives, and evidence-based thinking. As one of our senior product leaders, you'll help mentor other members of the product and delivery teams, sharing your experience and helping raise the bar across the organisation.

  • Use data and customer insights to guide decision‑making
  • Are comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Enjoy collaborating across disciplines to deliver outstanding products
  • Take ownership and drive initiatives from concept through to delivery

Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
