  • Creation of written project reports e.g., strategies, plans, annual sustainability reports, best practice guides that address specific audiences, alongside the coordinating the design and publication of these.
  • Delivery of secondary/desktop research to support both client and internal needs.

Project Management:

  • Support the senior lead in project managing the end-to-end delivery of projects to ensure a client’s brief, budget and timescales are met.
  • Lead the project management for some clients ensuring all Think Beyond project processes are adhered to including understanding the project plan, being knowledgeable about what needs delivering, by when.
  • Tracking and delivering the completion of actions to ensure projects drive forward in an efficient and effective way.
  • Communicating effectively to ensure that the team can work together as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure all key project documents including delivery plans, progress updates, presentations and outcome reports are presented to the highest standard in terms of quality, design and content.

Support the ongoing growth of Think Beyond by:

  • Support business development including representation and presentations at events, proactive identification of opportunities to add value to existing client relationships, seeking new opportunities, and supporting the development of pitches to potential clients.
  • Stay up to date with, and engage in, the wider environmental sustainability, social impact and sporting landscapes by doing additional reading and research. Identify key trends and insights to build own knowledge and to share with the Think Beyond team.
