We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves connecting with customers, finding solutions to their needs, and contributing to the company's overall success. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be on the front line of our business, guiding customers through their buying journey and helping us reach our sales goals. You'll play a key role in building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive, seamless, and memorable.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sales and Customer Support
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products for them.
    • Manage leads efficiently, ensuring a proactive approach to closing sales.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, helping customers get the most value while contributing to team goals.
    • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, building trust and confidence in our brand.

  • Competitive salary up to £26,208 plus commission with great OTE potential
  • Flexible working hours — we work 40 hours per week, typically starting and finishing between 8 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Friday
