This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, partnering with senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of the finance function's day-to-day reporting and commercial support.
Key responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Business partnering with operational managers
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting
- Supporting year-end processes and audit
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
We're looking for someone who:
- Is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part qualified with relevant experience will be considered
- Has strong management accounting experience within an SME or owner-managed business
- Is commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: South West Essex (Office Based)
