Beyond Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a newly created Accounts Manager based in Braintree.
You will be part of a small Head Office team managing the company accounts.
Working alongside the management team you will an integral part of the operations and get to help in other areas.
This has a family run feel with all the team being supportive and friendly.
Due to this being a newly created role, there is opportunity to implement your own processes and ways the accounts are managed.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and issue invoices and process payments.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Maintain general ledgers and financial records.
Process payroll and employee expense claims.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support accountants during audits and tax preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience of preparing accounts and providing monthly management information Minimum AAT qualified or qualified by experience will also be considered
