We are pleased to be supporting our client with an urgent need for a HR Advisor / HR Coordinator to cover a 6 month contract. A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.

Our client is going through a period of sustained growth with the role directly reporting into the Head of HR. You will need to be an experienced HR professional with several years of experience and the ability to work in a challenging environment where your exposure will span the full breadth of the business.

The role requires a HR generalist that has exposure to:

  • Supporting line managers and employees
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Being the first point of contact for employer relation queries
  • Managing grievances
  • Ensuring all policies are up to date and in place
  • Picking up any potential HR projects

Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified or working towards this. Please note this is an office based role, full time.
