This can be a full-time or part-time on-site role located in the South-East UK for a Product Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional product demonstrations, conducting client assessments to determine suitable mobility and seating solutions, and assisting customers in selecting and understanding the use of products. Key tasks will involve offering technical knowledge, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client satisfaction, and engaging in activities to achieve business goals while ensuring a personalised customer experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise as a Product Specialist with a strong understanding of mobility equipment and rehabilitation technology.
- A certified qualification (such as Rehabilitation Engineer) would be advantageous, but not necessary.
