Specialising in 11+, Key Stage 3, GCSE, iGCSE, and A-Level, Beyond Maths Tuition currently supports over 60 students with the help of 20 dedicated tutors.
Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a UK-based Mathematics Tutor at a rate of £25 p/hr or above. The role involves delivering personalised online tutoring sessions to students, following the provided tuition framework and resources. You will help students understand complex mathematical concepts, focusing on 11+, Key Stage 3, GCSE, iGCSE or A-Level. Tutors will engage with students through effective communication, adapt to individual learning needs, and help build confidence and academic success in mathematics.
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in Mathematics, such as being a current or recent undergraduate student
- Experience in Online Tutoring and a clear understanding of virtual learning platforms
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to explain challenging concepts clearly
- Proven experience in Tutoring or working with students at Key Stage 3, GCSE, or A-Level
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being adaptable to individual student needs
