Paul is recruiting for a Team Leader who can lead and develop a brand-new team, supporting him to achieve the quality life he wishes for and deserves. Paul may find navigating the world difficult, therefore he needs a Team Leader and a strong team to support him to keep to agreed boundaries.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for staff rotas, administrative duties, support and supervisions, and the overall motivation and leadership of the team. The Team Leader will work a combination of shifts with dedicated management time, which can be carried out at home.
