Cheryl is a very busy lady with a full social life. She loves horse riding, visiting the beach, singing, karaoke, and is a member of Rock Choir. She also volunteers at her local homeless charity.

This position has a 'genuine occupational requirement' covered under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and therefore only applications from females are requested.

Cheryl is a very sociable friendly person, living in her own house in Torquay with an established team supporting her. She is very independent and requires little support around her home but needs assistance with budgeting her money.

Cheryl needs a casual support worker to join her team, someone who is funny and interested in the same things she is, but also who can introduce her to new experiences. She loves to visit new places and has been to Edinburgh and London, with more destinations on her list.

At times, Cheryl needs emotional support to keep her on track, as she can easily become overwhelmed and anxious. Mostly, it’s about having fun and supporting Cheryl on her journey to increased independence.
