Responsibilities
- As part of Betty's team, you will be supportive of her emotional health and well-being and support her in building on her existing skills as Betty can have difficulties regulating her emotions.
- As the team leader, you will help the team to see opportunities over barriers and ensure Betty is always at the centre of her support.
- You will facilitate 1-1s, team meetings, appraisals, team development and problem-solving sessions to support the team’s development.
