Overview

A shout to all the Support Workers willing to give a step forward and be the wing man for Tommy’s team. He will love to bring you onboard for the adventure of living his life.

Essential for this job: Experience of working with people who have a history of substance misuse, and some knowledge of Autism would be beneficial.

Role and Responsibilities

Tommy has a team of people working with him currently, but he needs a Senior Support Worker to assist the team leader and the team, when necessary. Someone who can be a leader when called upon. You may already have leadership experience or be seeking to develop leadership skills. We are looking for resilience and a commitment to ongoing development, including training, reflective support, supervision, and opportunities to grow to support Tommy to be the best version of himself. As part of the team, you will need flexibility and to use all of your skills to develop a positive relationship with Tommy. He needs time to build a trusting relationship; with the right person, you will excel.
