Essential for this job: Experience working with individuals with a history of substance misuse, and some knowledge of Autism would be beneficial. Tommy currently has a team supporting him, but he needs a Senior Support Worker to assist the team leader and team when necessary. The right candidate will be able to step into a leadership role when called upon. You might already have some leadership experience or be looking to develop your leadership skills. Regardless of where you are in your career, we need someone resilient.
