Beyond Legal is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join our expanding property team. This role would suit a conveyancer, property lawyer, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, solicitor, or experienced fee earner who can confidently manage their own caseload and is looking for a firm that values quality over volume.
What makes us different? Many conveyancers are carrying 150+ files and spending their days firefighting. We believe there is a better way.

The role involves managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property work
This firm offers a fantastic support structure of administrative and technical specialists to assist the Conveyancer in managing their caseload. On offer is a competitive salary circa £50,000.00 in addition to a range of benefits.
