Full Circle Generation (FCG) is a gasification plant situated in Belfast's Harbour Estate and is capable of recovering energy from 160,000mt of refuse derived fuel each year. FCG is an investor-led consortium of Equitis, P3P Partners and River Ridge, and is managed by EMS Management Services Ltd.
Working Hours: Full Time Annualised hours - 2080hrs with additional hours as and when required. Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus overtime, plus benefits (Private Health Care, Income Protection, Life Assurance, Medical Cashback, Pension Scheme and Profit share).

About The Role
Acting under the direction of the Plant Availability Supervisor, the Operations Support will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant availability activities. In doing so, they will be promoting a culture of maximum plant reliability, flexibility, and availability. This is to be achieved whilst attaining high standards of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental performance.
Required Criteria
- Technical qualification relating to process plant operation and/or maintenance (equivalent to level 3 or above) OR 2 years experience in assembly and disassembly of mechanical plant.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand, receive and administer Permit-to-Work documentation and associated safety procedures for the supervision and control of contractors.
- Be capable of safely carrying out the physical aspects of the role, including working in an industrial environment, accessing plant areas and undertaking site inspections.
- Be willing and able to work for short periods in adverse environmental conditions, including working at height and exposure to varying temperatures, while complying with all applicable health and safety requirements.
