Role: Safeguarding Manager

Responsible to: Chief Officer

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 per annum plus 5% employer pension contribution.

The benefits package includes 25 days annual leave plus 12 statutory holidays.

The Northern Ireland Boys Brigade (BBNI) works with 11,423 boys and young men aged 4-18 through 238 BB companies in Northern Ireland and Donegal. BBNI companies are led by more than 2,700 volunteer leaders who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people, while providing them with an opportunity to hear about the love of Jesus. Our vision is to raise generations of Christ-like men.

The object of The Boys Brigade is the advancement of Christ's Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of obedience, reverence, discipline, self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness.
