Stepping Stones NI are looking for a Cook to join our team at The Courtyard Café in Lisburn. This is a rewarding role where you will prepare high-quality food while supporting adults with learning disabilities in an inclusive and positive working environment. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming café experience, helping individuals develop skills, confidence and independence within a catering setting. About The Role Prepare, cook and present fresh, high-quality meals, baked goods and café items. Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards. Support menu planning, stock control, deliveries and reducing food waste. Work alongside and mentor team members with learning disabilities, providing guidance and encouragement. Help deliver excellent customer service and support the smooth running of the café. Occasionally deputise for the Café Manager when required.
