Established over 50 years ago, The Country Garage is a family-owned business that prides itself on excellent customer service and competitive deals. We have an excellent range of Approved Used BMW stock, many of which we sold new to returning customers which is testament to the standard of our Customer Service. Making up the rest of the Approved Used stock are cars sourced directly from BMW UK, where any upkeep has been performed to the highest of standards.

The Country Garage, one of Northern Ireland’s most prestigious BMW Centres, is wishing to recruit a BMW Service Advisor.

About The Role

As a BMW Service Advisor, you will be the focal point of contact for our service and repair customers. You will spend time identifying their individual requirements and handling enquiries to ensure that our customer needs are fully met. It will be your responsibility to deliver the highest level of customer care from the administration process from the start of the service customers journey, right through to the handing over of the vehicles when complete.

Required Criteria

  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • A good understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Previous experience in promoting and upselling services, parts and accessories to customers
  • Ability to diagnose customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • A valid UK drivers license

Desired Criteria

  • Previous experience using Kerridge management software
  • Familiarity with BMW models and their specific service requirements
  • Additional certifications or training in automotive technology
