Customer Service Attendant Based at Daisy Hill Hospital | 37.5hrs per week | Permanent Monday to Friday (Rota basis) | 1 Weekend per month Salary: £23,490 This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the leading, and fastest growing, provider of car park management solutions, Parkingeye and help us establish our client base in Northern Ireland. Formed in 2004, Private Equity owned Parkingeye, is looking to support clients in both managing their car parks and helping them generate revenues. Parkingeye is the leader in their field of expertise and our growth trajectory is set to high. We are looking for a best-in-class candidate to join our team. Reporting to the Attendant Regional Supervisor/Manager, the Customer Service Attendant will support company operations by providing effective parking enforcement, customer service and marshalling activity on client sites as required. About The Role Parkingeyes Customer Service Team provide a professional, best-in-class service to all our customers, whether internal, client or external. To succeed in this role, you need to be positive, resilient, a confident communicator and promote our blend values at every opportunity. Youll manage patrolling of the car park(s) to ensure the terms and conditions are being adhered to and be first point of contact for customer parking support and technical queries. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer service and parking related guidance to car park users whilst enforcing the clients parking policy Proactively patrol the car park(s) to enforce and advise on parking restrictions as required Issue Parking Charge Notices in accordance with the appropriate legislation and code of practice Take a proactive approach in managing traffic flow on the car park as required Undertake vehicle immobilisation Report all Health and Safety risks, incidents & accidents Champion our BLEND values: Be Passionate, Lets Innovate, Embrace Collaboration, Nurture Trust and Drive Excellence A full job description is available on request.
