As Pest Control Officer, you will provide vital frontline services within our complex repairs team. You will be the person on the ground ensuring our customers' homes and communal spaces are safe and pest free through eradication and prevention strategies.

The role requires someone proactive, empathetic and highly organised. You will need the technical expertise to handle poisons and chemicals safely, the communication skills to educate our customers and the diligence to maintain detailed reporting in line with Awaabs Law and Health and Safety legislation.

Our complex repairs team is at the heart of our commitment to property standard, tackling the critical issues of damp & mould, disrepair and pest control. The team works together to resolve complex property issues, ensuring our customers live in homes that are safe and free from harm.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the community to provide not just a service, but the education and support needed to prevent recurring hazards and protect our most vulnerable customers.
