Responsibilities:
- Collecting fly-tipping from communal land across both service areas.
- Maintaining communal blocks, including tidying bin stores and ensuring paths and hard standings are clear of moss and debris.
- Performing Grounds Maintenance duties as required, such as operating hedge cutters and strimmers.
- Using a PDA to access GIS maps and Health & Safety documents.

In this role, you may need to mentor an apprentice, volunteer or work experience placement.
