We are looking for two finance partners to join our team. The Finance Partner plays a vital role in bridging the world of finance with the operational business. Based within the central Finance team, you will also be embedded within your assigned operational area. You will be the lead for your area in the production of monthly management accounts and the annual budget, translating operational activity into clear financial insights, forecasts and appraisals to drive value for money and support effective decision-making.
Responsibilities

- Support effective decision-making with financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with excellent management accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and highly organised, capable of working under pressure with competing deadlines.
- Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
