The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role is a fixed‑term position delivering employment support to customers who are furthest away from the employment market on a new contract. You will provide one‑to‑one and group support to customers to improve confidence, develop new skills and overcome barriers enabling them to access meaningful employment.

You will be person‑centred and have a wide knowledge of the benefits system and support services in the area, and experience of delivering employment support provision. The team covers a wide geographical area and is responsible for employment support, work experience, volunteering and apprenticeships. The post is based in Scarborough with some travel to Whitby and Filey required.
