Beyond Housing is seeking an Asset Planning Coordinator to join the Asset Planning Team and help keep homes safe, compliant and fit for the future. The initial focus is customer liaison and engaging customers to facilitate essential surveys and inspections, including asbestos and stock condition surveys to support regulatory compliance such as the Decent Homes Standard. As the role matures, you will lead on wider asset management activities, neighbourhood improvements, feasibility studies.
