We are looking for a maintenance operative who will fit right in and add value to our empty homes team. We are bold, ambitious, and proud to admit it. We have gone through a significant period of growth and change, and we’re excited to welcome someone like you to help us continue delivering great services.
In this role, no two days will be the same. You’ll support colleagues with a wide range of tasks from repairing roofs to installing, removing, or fixing fences and gates, and much more. Being a strong team player is essential, as you’ll often work alongside caretakers and other departments across the business. Please note that some tasks will involve working at height.
You’ll play a key part in helping us bring empty properties back to life, ensuring our customers have safe, secure, and welcoming homes to move into. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety, and like seeing the difference you make each day, you’ll thrive here.
As part of the role, you may also have the opportunity to mentor an apprentice, volunteer, or work experience placement, helping to support the next generation of talent.
