As an HR Support Apprentice, you'll work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard while gaining hands-on experience in delivering high-quality administrative support to our HR team. You'll be right at the heart of the organisation, learning a wide range of tasks that keep our team running smoothly, including:
- Electronic filing
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Organising meetings and events
Your apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete and includes an end-point assessment. Once you've successfully finished the programme, you'll achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification and you may have the opportunity to continue your journey with us in a full-time role.
Training will be delivered by ETC Group, Redcar & Cleveland College. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy. Closing date for applications is Friday 20 February 2026.
