We are looking for two complex repair surveyors to join our team. As a complex repairs surveyor, you will be key to attending properties both tenanted and void to undertake full condition surveys including damp and mould issues. You will be able to provide a full in-depth scope of works which will be passed to the delivery teams and contractors. You will play a vital role in supporting the business to be compliant with AWAAB's Law. You must have a good understanding of complex damp and mould cases with a thorough understanding of archetypes and building behaviours.
We are looking for an experienced building surveyor who is able to bring their knowledge and experience to the team. You will be able to work as part of a team delivering a high level of service to our customers. In this role, you will be working as part of the Complex Repairs department whose goal is to ensure that customers' homes are free from damp and mould, pest infestations, and properties in disrepair.
