About the Role

The Asset Planning team focuses on the long‑term investment needs of our assets, which include customers' homes, communal open spaces, community centres, commercial units and play parks. Our goal is to ensure we ‘know our stock’. This means we have an up‑to‑date and robust understanding of the condition of our entire asset portfolio, while ensuring our properties are energy‑efficient and meet Decent Homes standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting data into our asset management databases
  • Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Liaising with customers, colleagues and contractors
  • Supporting the planning of other asset management activities, such as neighbourhood regeneration projects
