We are looking for two complex repairs surveyors to join our team. As a complex repairs surveyor, you'll play a key role in attending both tenanted and void properties to carry out full condition surveys, including damp and mould issues. You'll be able to provide a full, in-depth scope of works that will be handed over to our delivery teams and contractors. This role is also vital in supporting business compliance with Awaab's Law, so you'll be required to have a strong understanding of complex damp and mould cases, alongside thorough knowledge of archetypes and building behaviours.
We are looking for two experienced surveyors who are able to bring knowledge and experience to our team, and who can work collaboratively to deliver a high level of service to our customers. In this role, you'll be part of the complex repairs team, dedicated to ensuring customers' homes are safe and well-maintained - free from damp and mould, pest infestations and disrepair.
