We are looking for a Neighbourhoods Operative who will fit right in and add value to our teams based in Scarborough. We are bold, ambitious, and proud to admit it, and there is no better time to join Beyond Housing. As a Neighbourhoods Operative, you will be responsible for completing caretaking, litter picking, removal of fly tipping, and grounds maintenance while providing an excellent standard of workmanship and customer service. This will include meeting deadlines for appointments and achieving targets for productivity. A level of flexibility and expertise will be required in completing the work 'right first time' with the minimum of supervision and the need for follow-on trades.
You will need to be a great team player as from time to time you will work collaboratively with other departments in the business. We are looking for someone who will embody and adopt our Beyond Housing company values of being considerate, collaborative, ambitious, and accountable as part of their everyday conduct.
