We\’re looking for a Maintenance Operative who will fit right in and add value to our Repairs team. We are bold, ambitious, and proud to admit it. We have gone through a significant period of growth and change, and we\’re looking for someone as brilliant as you to support the delivery of our services.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will have a varied role and will support colleagues with tasks such as repairing roofs, installing, removing, or repairing fences and gates, and much more. You’ll need to be a great team player, as from time to time you’ll work collaboratively with caretakers as well as other departments in the business.

As part of this role, you may need to mentor an apprentice, volunteer or work experience placement.
