Weāre looking for someone as brilliant as you to join us as a Service Desk Advisor to support the delivery of our ICT services.
You wonāt just be asking, āhave you switched it off and on again?ā We need a true team player who thrives in a demanding environment with the ability to remain calm, confident, and positive, no matter what the day brings. Working on a busy service desk, you will support colleagues within an ITIL Framework environment to deliver 1st line responses to over 700 system users across all service areas and sites. You will understand all aspects of company-wide systems and the use of ICT to deliver customer-focused services.
