HR Business Partner – Redcar & Scarborough
Are you an experienced HR or OD professional looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to move into a proactive role where you can be more strategic, influential, and truly make a difference?
We are currently looking for two new HR Business Partners, working either 30 hours per week or full-time (37 hours), to join our Human Resources Organisational Development team to:
– Support designated areas in achieving strategic goals through proactive coaching and influencing managers and leaders
– Advocate for, promote, and integrate the HROD agenda throughout Beyond Housing
– Contribute HROD expertise to company-wide projects and take the lead on specific elements of the people plan to help meet strategic objectives.
As a HR or OD professional at or above the advisor level, you will possess up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and best practices, along with the ability to locate relevant information.
You should be skilled in using and analysing data from various sources to identify opportunities for improvement, acting as a proactive agent for positive change. Ideally, you will have some project management experience that showcases your capability to lead specific initiatives related to engagement, reward and recognition, restructuring, succession planning or other people focused initiatives.
You will collaborate with Learning and Development (L&D) leaders as part of the new Organisational Development (OD) team, aiming to achieve tangible improvements in people performance and customer service.
