Our exciting new Governance Officer apprenticeship is perfect if you’re passionate about compliance and want to study and work towards a higher-level apprenticeship, equal to a foundation degree.

We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, an ability to stay organised and focused, and the ability to keep on top of competing demands, making sure all colleagues and customers receive a great service. As a Governance Officer apprentice, you’ll be working to learn all the skills necessary to provide top-notch governance operations-related services! In this role you’ll be sat in the heart of the business so get ready to be learning all sorts of tasks to support your team and business area, including:

  • Developing and producing structured governance documents
  • Presenting materials for meetings
  • Contributing to high-level meetings

You will complete a Level 4 Governance Officer Apprenticeship Standard, including an end point assessment. If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to attend one of our interactive apprentice assessment days. These events are a vital step in the selection process, offering you the chance to showcase your skills and potential.

Scarborough Event: Monday 14 July 2025
Redcar Event: Tuesday 15 July 2025

You’ll be able to choose between a morning or afternoon session, but attendance at one of these events is required for consideration. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
