This role is a fixed-term position focused on delivering employment support to individuals who are furthest from the job market, as part of a new contract. You will provide both one-to-one and group support, helping customers build confidence, develop new skills, and overcome barriers, enabling them to access meaningful employment.

We'll need you to be person-centred and have strong knowledge of the benefits system, local support services and proven experience in delivering employment support provision. The team covers a wide geographical area and is responsible for employment support, work experience, volunteering and apprenticeships. This post is based in Scarborough with some travel to Whitby and Filey required.

Internal candidates must discuss a secondment with their line manager before applying for this role.
