The Asset Planning team focuses on the long-term investment needs of our assets. These include, but are not limited to, our customers' homes, communal open spaces, community centres, commercial units and play parks.
Our goal is to ensure that we know our stock. This means we have an up-to-date and robust understanding of the condition of our entire asset portfolio, while ensuring our properties are energy-efficient and meet Decent Homes standards. We regularly survey our stock and collect data, which we use to create strategic investment programmes in line with our 30 year business plan. We pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach by providing a customer-focused asset management service.
You will support the Asset Planning team by delivering a wide range of administrative support tasks. This includes:
- Inputting data into our asset management databases
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Liaising with customers, colleagues and contractors
- Supporting with the planning of other asset management activities, such as neighbourhood regeneration projects.
