The Finance Partner plays a vital role in bridging the world of finance with the operational business. Based within the central Finance team, they will also be embedded within their assigned operational area. They will be the lead for their area in the production of monthly management accounts and the annual budget, translating operational activity into clear financial insights, forecasts and appraisals to drive value for money and support effective decision‑making.
Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified accountant who is detail‑oriented, proactive and highly organised. The ideal candidate will have excellent management accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis, be comfortable working under pressure with competing deadlines, and possess a collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
