Complex Repairs Administrator – Dormanstown, Redcar
As complex repairs administrator, you will provide vital support for our complex repairs team, which covers pests, disrepair and damp & mould.
You’ll be key in ensuring information and customers are kept up-to-date, and you'll be involved in the scheduling of certain roles.
The role requires someone who is empathetic and highly organised.
You'll also need excellent communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong IT skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively while providing accurate, reliable administration support to the team are essential.
