We're looking for an asset planning surveyor to join our asset planning team and help shape the future of our homes and communities. This role covers both Scarborough and Redcar. Working across a diverse portfolio of homes and other assets, you'll carry out stock condition surveys, home health checks, HHSRS assessments, domestic energy assessments and other property inspections that support our long-term investment planning.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in surveying
- Has experience in inspection or property-related role
- Has a good understanding of building construction, housing standards and the identification of property defects

- Is a confident communicator
- Is committed to delivering excellent outcomes for customers and communities.
