You will conduct stock condition surveys, home health checks, HHSRS assessments and energy assessments to support long-term investment plans.
You’ll collect data, diagnose defects, and provide technical recommendations to guide investment priorities and asset decisions.
You’ll engage with customers during inspections to inform future planning and improvements.
