Lead with insight. Shape investment. Help create safe, secure homes. At Beyond Housing, data is more than numbers on a dashboard. It helps us understand our homes, plan future investment, evidence performance, support compliance and make better decisions for our customers and communities.
We’re looking for an asset data performance manager to lead our talented team of analysts and help turn asset information into meaningful insight. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex data, improving how information is used, and influencing decisions that shape the future of homes and places.
You’ll play a key role in asset management, leading the team responsible for high-quality asset data, business intelligence, compliance information, investment planning, forecasting and performance reporting. The role sits at the heart of evidence-led decision making, helping us understand where to invest, how our assets are performing, and how we continue to provide affordable homes where customers feel safe and secure.
- A role with strategic influence - You won’t just report on what has happened. You’ll help shape what happens next.
- A strong team ethic - You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, openness, ownership and continuous improvement.
- A chance to grow your influence - This is a role where you can develop the way data is used across strategic asset management.
- A modern data and evidence-led role - Our work connects asset data, financial planning, compliance, customer outcomes and strategic decision making.
- A customer purpose behind the data - Our data has a real-world purpose: helping us make better decisions about homes, safety, investment and communities.
You might already work in housing or asset management, but you might also come from another data-rich, asset-heavy, regulated or customer-focused environment. We’re interested in people who can bring some combination of:
- Experience evaluating, analysing and developing solutions to complex issues.
- Confidence using databases, spreadsheets and specialist systems.
- Strong report writing, attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, useful insight for different audiences.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to improve processes and ways of working.
- A collaborative leadership style that helps people grow, learn and do their best work.
- Customer focus, ownership, adaptability and risk-based thinking.
A background in housing, asset management, compliance, property data, investment planning, business intelligence, finance, infrastructure, utilities, local government or another regulated environment could all be relevant. What matters most is that you can lead people well, make sense of complex information, and help turn data into decisions.
We know that great candidates come from all backgrounds and industries. You may have gained your skills through a different sector, a non-linear career path, project experience, operational leadership, compliance work, finance, reporting, systems improvement or hands-on data analysis. If you’re excited by the role, can bring relevant strengths, and are keen to grow into a strategic data and insight leadership position, we’d love to hear from you.
