Beyond Governance Limited is seeking a governance professional to join our team of ex–in-house experts. You will work across a range of clients, delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services within a remote-first setup.
You’ll handle annual reports, AGMs, board and committee meetings, regulatory filings, insider lists, share schemes, and governance projects such as M&A and framework implementations, while helping clients strengthen governance and decision‑making.
