Beyond Education Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As one of the most popular early years recruitment agencies in the South East, we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and continued growth. This expansion offers an exciting opportunity for a consultant to inherit a lucrative, well-established desk with strong earning potential. We value work–life balance and offer attractive working hours: * Monday–Thursday: 7:15am – 4:30pm * Friday: 7:15am – 4:00pm Our team is based in our beautiful office space in Brasted, Kent. Due to our location, a driver would be preferable. Role Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a warm desk within the Early Years sector. * Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients. * Source, attract, and place top candidates into permanent and temporary roles. * Provide consultative support and market knowledge to clients and candidates. * Consistently meet targets and KPIs while maintaining high service standards. * Contribute to the collaborative, supportive culture within the team. About You: * Previous recruitment experience in early years or education recruitment preferred however other industries will be considered. * Proven track record of achieving targets and building successful client relationships. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly motivated, organised, and proactive with a consultative approach. * A team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. * Full UK driving licence preferable due to office location.
