Beyond Borders is a UK-based educational consultancy committed to supporting EU students in accessing higher education in the United Kingdom. We are expanding our outreach and seeking driven, professional individuals to join our growing remote recruitment team
Role Summary:
As a Freelance Student Recruitment Officer, you will represent our consultancy and guide prospective students through their academic journey.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and advising EU students seeking higher education opportunities in the UK
Supporting applicants from first contact through to successful enrolment
Managing communication and tracking application progress
Working independently to achieve monthly recruitment goals
Maintaining professional conduct and ethical standards
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will possess:
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, or Albanian are highly advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A self-motivated approach and ability to manage time effectively
Prior experience in education, recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferred)
Residence in the UK with established ties to EU communities
