We specialize in professional electrification retrofitting services for heavy machinery and equipment, dedicated to advancing clean energy adoption in industrial sectors. We are looking to expand our team with a Business Development Representative.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Market Development and Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for the market promotion and customer development of the engineering machinery diesel-to-electric conversion business within the region, focusing on equipment scenarios such as crawler cranes, excavators, loaders, forklifts, and aerial work platforms. Accurately connect with customers such as construction companies, engineering vehicle fleets, and equipment rental companies, and achieve the established sales performance targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Deeply understand customers' needs for converting from diesel to electric, provide customized conversion consulting solutions, lead business negotiations, contract signing and payment follow-up; establish long-term and stable customer relationships, handle after-sales feedback and secondary business development, and improve customer repurchase rate and referral rate.
  • Market Dynamics and Information Analysis: Real-time tracking of industry policies (environmental subsidies, compliance requirements), collection of market demand, price feedback, and other information to support the company's product optimization and marketing strategy adjustments.

Job Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, managing a full sales cycle, and developing new business.
  • Industry Experience: Direct experience selling within the construction machinery sector (e.g., crawler cranes, excavators, loaders, aerial work platforms) or within the clean energy product sector.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in business negotiation and bidding processes; able to independently complete the entire customer development process; possesses keen market insight and demands analysis capabilities and is adept at identifying potential business opportunities.
