An amazing growth opportunity to join a start-up, where their tech isn’t just a hype, it’s a proven AI that is solving real-time problems in the real world. You will be responsible for both driving new business throughout Europe alongside coaching and developing a small team of Account Executives.

International team of 150+ employees - with offices over the globe. Customers include LG Group, Hitachi, BBC Studios, Staples & AMD.
Role:
- Player coach role where you will coach and develop a team of 3-4 Account Executives as well as drive new business throughout UK&I and wider EMEA region (circa 70% IC // 30% management)
- From a sales perspective you will be responsible for driving net new logos and expanding these customers.
- Sales cycles are around 30 days with an AOV of $200k.
- Leadership side will be coaching and developing some more junior AEs to help them drive growth. Mentorship will be key and you’ll do this alongside a Senior Commercial Lead.
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience selling complex B2B SaaS to commercial and enterprise level customers.
- If you have some coaching/mentoring/management experience, great but not a must.
- Must be a proven quota hitter - this role has huge upside from a commission side and the business is performing exceptionally well.
- They’re a collaborative team and want professional, collaborative individuals who can engage their target audience.
- Must be happy going to Central London office (Monday, Thursday + Friday).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
