We’re partnering with a global, high-growth technology organisation as they prepare to bring a brand-new intranet and employee experience platform to market across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to join at the very start of a product launch—shaping go-to-market strategy, winning flagship enterprise clients, and playing a pivotal role in scaling a new revenue stream.
This is a new business, enterprise sales role focused on acquiring large, complex organisations across Europe. You’ll be responsible for introducing a modern, AI-enabled intranet solution designed to transform internal communications, employee engagement, and digital workplace experiences.
You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to position a highly differentiated platform that goes beyond traditional intranet tools—offering advanced personalisation, deep analytics, and seamless integrations across the digital workplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in the European market
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close
- Build and execute strategic account plans
- Partner with marketing and SDR teams to generate and convert pipeline
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (HR, Internal Comms, IT, Digital Workplace leaders)
- Provide market feedback to shape product and positioning
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years proven success in enterprise SaaS sales (new business focus)
- Experience selling an Intranet SaaS platform and/or Employee Experience solutions
- Experience selling into large, complex organisations
- Strong track record of managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Ability to articulate value around digital transformation, employee experience or communications platforms
- Highly consultative approach with strong commercial acumen
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
