- Clear progression path – strong track record of SDRs progressing into closing roles
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across the DACH region
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) into finance and accounting leaders
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support deal progression
- 80% outbound and 20% inbound focus
- Develop strong messaging tailored to finance personas and regional nuances
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German speaker (essential)
- 1+ years experience in a SDR or BDR role within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers)
- Highly driven, resilient, and target-oriented
- Interest in finance, accounting, or fintech is a strong advantage
Location: London-based (hybrid working environment)
