Job Title: Senior Account Manager Location: London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office) This isn't just another Account Management role focused on renewals and relationship management. Established business with strong growth, profitability and long-term market opportunity Selling a highly differentiated solution with clear ROI and executive-level relevance Account Management role responsible for a portfolio of circa 10 strategic VIP enterprise customers alongside 40-50 additional growth and velocity accounts Drive commercial growth through upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across your account base Own customer satisfaction, retention and long-term account success Partner closely with Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth Play a key role in driving net revenue retention and overall customer growth across the business 5+ years experience in an Account Management, Customer Success or Strategic Customer role within a B2B SaaS environment ~ Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and account expansion ~ Experience managing enterprise customers and engaging with senior executive stakeholders ~ Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue ~ Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills ~
