Our client, a renowned private members nightclub, is currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal Sous Chef will come from a hotel/club or quality restaurant background.
Duties include:
- Assisting the head chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Ordering and stock control
- Menu development
- Staff training and development
The position offers:
- Working Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours are generally 5pm to 2am but this can be 7.30pm until 4.30am on occasions
- Generous salary package including service charge
